All the goods we will do inspection before shipping.
The Inspection process as below :

1.All the material need to be prepared according to the Bom list&drawing, and make a sample to the QC confirm.QC will check and confirm according to client product data and the samples which client have confirmed.After that,they will start the production.

2. During the production,QC will spot check of each process,if they find some disqualification will stop it and inform the workers to deal with it.         
        

3. When the production done,QC will final check the goods as below:       
          

a:  Random sampling according to the sampling standard,the samples quantity depends on the AQL STD-105E LEVEL Ⅱstandard.       
        

b:Then QC will check the data with some questions which client mention of the sample,and confirm the structure,and they will take photos and write down in the inspection report for record.

c:And they will check the product appearance, function,property, do some test of drop, sling, pull, lighting, high voltage, ground, polarity, dumping, etc.

d:Last they will assembly and installation of the products according to the client position,check it if client can install easy or not.

e:QA will follow the sampling table: AQL STD-105E LEVEL Ⅱ (equivalent to GB2828-2003) Criteria: CR:0, MA: 1.0, MI: 4.0 ,if it is in the accepted area and pass,the goods will send to the warehouse and waiting for shipment,if the goods not pass,then will inform the workers to rework it until pass.
